The staff was cheerful from my arrival up until I left. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. It was also close to the beach, bars, English Harbour and excellent restaurants and bars.

Had a good stay with my family members, we spent 7 nights here, everything was outstanding. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was good. The exemplary service and the attention to detail! The location was unbeatable, staff were thoughtful.

I appreciated the hotel, it was amazing with good wi-fi. The daily service was EXEMPLARY. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in English Harbour.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fabulous venue, outstandingly accommodating staff. Stunning location to a tree-shaded community beach. Found in a fairly nice area really close to the Harbor, and Boom restaurant.

The room I booked was large and huge with a harbour view, efficient shower and stunning views. All the staff was attentive, solved my issues. The location was fantastic for walking around Nelson's Dockyard Museum. Moreover, it was close to the sea, and other bars. The restaurant had delicious food.

The hotel was in a magnificent location near to the sea, and the water front. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 400 metres from the venue.

The location was great, for example, a shaded community beach was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room we booked was airy and reasonably spacious with an efficient flush on the toilet, stunning views across the harbour plus harbour view as advertised.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the unique and beautiful architecture of this hotel. The old Georgian dockyard location added a charming touch to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an unexpected upgrade to a suite, which had an amazing view of the harbor. It was the perfect Christmas gift!

There were a few drawbacks. The kitchenette lacked cooking equipment, limiting meal preparation options to salads.

I had an amazing stay at Copper And Lumber Store! The historic building was a treat to stay in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast served on the outside patio with views of the harbor was a delightful way to start the day. The location was perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful Pigeon Beach just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room, soft bed and we greatly enjoyed clean bathroom. The property was in the centre of the city. Moreover, it's very close to Galleon beach, the ruins of the nearby fort, and the Harbor.
